FEBRUARY 2, 2005 Some of our new books have arrived and we are busy putting them into inventory for check out.  As our new books begin to fill the shelves we find a need for more space.  Therefore, we are holding a large book sale at the front of the library.  Book titles include: Lake House by James Patterson, The Good Earth by Pearl S. Buck, In This Mountain by Jan Karon, Tuesdays with Morie by Mitch Albom and many other great titles.  Prices range from $2.00 up to $5.00 depending on publication date.  All books are in mint condition. 

Story Time continues to be a big success each Thursday; we have approximately 10-20 kids each week and have a great time with stories, songs, and crafts.  This month the themes include: Friendship, Valentines, Dental Health, and Birds.  Feel free to bring your toddler or pre-schooler in for an hour of fun and adventure.

Two computers are up and running in the children’s room equipped with learning software such as Reading Rabbit, Math Blasters and other educational games.  We encourage young children to come by and try these new games out and let us know what they think.
