At the Gravette Public Library

June 28, 2006 Patrons wanted both young and old. We are having a wonderful summer at the Gravette Public Library. We are open Monday thru Friday from 9:00AM to 5:30PM. We are open late on Thursdays until 8:00PM. We are also open on Saturday from 9:00AM to 2:00PM. We have many different programs in process. We have our Summer Reading Program on Tuesday mornings from 10:00AM to 11:30AM for 5-12 year olds. On Thursday we have our Pre-K Story-Time from 11:00AM to noon for 2-5 year olds.
We are in need of volunteers. We have just started a Teen Leader Volunteer Program. This is a program that will allow young adults to volunteer as a community service, which will benefit them in the future. Community Service always looks good in a College Resume! We also have our Adult Volunteer program. It has been established for sometime now but we are in need of more adults to volunteer. If you would like to learn more about volunteering, please come by the library at 407 Charlotte Street SE and fill out a volunteer application or call us at 479-787-6955.
